Integrations

Prybar works on its own, but it works better connected to the tools you already run. Here is what we connect to today, and how to handle anything else.

Available now

Google Calendar

Settings → Account → Integrations

Connect your calendar and Prybar checks real availability before offering a time, and creates the event when an appointment is booked. We only access calendar data with your permission, and you can disconnect at any time.

QuickBooks

Settings → Account → Integrations

Sync invoices and customers with your accounting. Useful if your bookkeeper works from QuickBooks and you do not want to re-enter anything.

Stripe (payments)

Settings → Account → Billing & Plan

Invoice payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch Prybar's servers. Payout routing is configured when you connect your account.

Website booking widget

Dashboard → Share & Promote

A floating booking button you can embed on your site so visitors can book without texting first. Prybar generates the embed snippet for you.

Website chat widget

Dashboard → Share & Promote

A chat bubble for your site that connects visitors to the same assistant that answers your texts, so both channels share one customer history.

What we do not connect to yet

Being straight about this saves you a bad surprise. Prybar does not currently offer native integrations with:

  • Other field-service platforms (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and similar)
  • Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Email marketing platforms
  • GoHighLevel or other CRM suites

If you are evaluating Prybar as a replacement for one of these, that is a different decision from adding it alongside — and worth a conversation with us before you commit.

If you use something else

Tell us what it is. Two things follow from that:

  • If there is a reasonable path — a webhook, an API, or an export — we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
  • If there is not, that is useful for us to know. Integration demand is how we decide what to build next, and we would rather hear it from you than guess.

Tip

Data import is already supported: you can bring in customers and jobs from a spreadsheet during onboarding or later from Dashboard → Import.
